The Canadian Council on Learning's Early Childhood Learning Knowledge Centre (ECLKC) is pleased to welcome you to the first edition of its newsletter! If you would like to receive subsequent ECLKC Newsletters, containing information on the latest publications and upcoming events, please register.
The ECLKC is a consortium of organizations led by the CEECD at the Université de Montréal. Its mission is to disseminate the most current knowledge about early childhood learning and to identify research gaps and best practices.

Our mission is to enhance the knowledge of parents, of service-providers, of service-planners, and of policy-makers in the field of early childhood learning. In the long term, this knowledge will improve the quality of early childhood environments and optimize the learning conditions and school entry preparation of young children.
The ECLKC produces a print Bulletin twice annually. This publication highlights relevant topics in early childhood learning. To receive future electronic or hard copies of the Bulletin, be sure to register to the newsletter.
The First Nations of Quebec and Labrador Health and Social Services Commission (FNQLHSSC), in collaboration with the Early Childhood Learning Knowledge Centre, has developed a series of parent and child activity calendars for the parents of young children from Aboriginal communities.
