Read First

  1. Both events are open to the public and to conference delegates.
  2. When using the secure registration site you will be asked to create a login (username and password). By creating this login you will be able to update your registration details. If you have previously registered for an event through the University of Victoria you do not need to create a new login - just follow the instructions at the top of the registration page

  3. After registering for the conference you will be notified by email when any updates have been made to the program.
  4. Cancellation Policy - A CDN $10 administrative fee is applicable if a conference registration is cancelled. Cancellations after May 8, 2009 are not refundable - substitutions are encouraged.
  5. Health, Learning & Social Development: A National Conference & Symposia registration includes nightly receptions on May 19-21, 2009, breakfast, lunch and snacks daily May 19 –22, 2009, and participation in all workshops/presentations. Ontario Healthy Schools Forum registration includes lunch and general participation on May 19, 2009.
  6. Registration for both events closes 5:00 p.m. EST, May 15, 2009
