From 2006 to 2008, requests for proposals (RFP) were issued to solicit submissions from community-based organizations wishing to undertake knowledge exchange activities in each of the CCL's priority theme areas—early childhood learning, adult learning, Aboriginal learning, health-related learning and work and learning—and in each of its crosscutting themes—e-learning, literacy, culture, learning in a French minority setting and gender.
