The 21st Century Learning Initiative in Canada:
Training Workshops

Toronto, Ontario, September 14-16, 2005
Fredericton, New Brunswick, September 20-22, 2005

Learning and the Community will be followed by a series of workshops led by John Abbott, the Initiative’s founder and CEO. These events will provide educational leaders with the skills and information necessary to promote dialogue and exchange of knowledge in their school districts and in government departments.

The first two workshops are taking place in Ontario and New Brunswick. Participants in the initial three-day worshop will be expected to follow up with private reading, reflections and discussions prior to the second, two-day workshops in March 2006. Plans are being made for a parallel series of workshops in Vancouver starting in March 2006. All workshops are by invitation only.
