Our Work

The Early Childhood Learning Knowledge Centre:

• Gathers and transfers leading scientific knowledge on the
  conditions that foster early childhood learning and development
  from conception to age five.
  
• Identifies research that should be carried out in order to improve
  scientific knowledge on the conditions that foster early
  childhood learning.
  
• Determines the best ways to monitor the progress of early
  childhood learning outcomes.

Our Mission

Our mission is to enhance the knowledge of parents, of service
providers, of service planners, and of policy-makers in early
childhood learning.

In the long term, this knowledge will improve the quality of early
childhood environments and optimize the learning conditions
and school entry preparation of young children.
