A vital signpost at the global economic crossroads
In light of the effects of the global recession on labour-market conditions, CCL's President and CEO, Paul Cappon, encourages Canadians to revisit the role that adult learning and workplace training play in building Canada’s human infrastructure, and, by extension, in securing our economic prosperity.
